With our founder having worked in sales and executive management on the supplier side for 13 years prior to starting McCauley & Associates, Inc., and having worked with and managed numerous manufacturer's reps across the country during that time, he insisted on approaching the rep business with a keen eye from the perspective of the supplier.  While every supplier has its own unique culture, we understand how suppliers think, along with the information and deliverables that are required for each functional department to be successful in providing exceptional service to the retail customer.
